What is Pilates and how it would benefit you?

Pilates is one of the forms of many exercises but its significant distinction is its concentration on keeping the balance of the body and the mind. Pilates lets you strengthen the body, to transform it into a fit shape (correct body alignment, proper posture, increase of body flexibility). While it strengthens your body muscles you need to be aware of your breathing and the way your body moves. As you are engrossed into the exercise it improves the regulation of blood flow and produces active chemicals in the brain that acts as natural painkillers. This improves your ability to sleep, keeps your mind to feel fresh, makes you energized, over all leaving you hale and hearty.

Professional Trainings

  • Pilates – exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.
  • Gym – challenging your muscles with resistance training to improve strength and to tone muscles.

Classes we offer

Personal Training: One-on-one training is provided. Trainer dedicates his/her whole time and concentration only on one client.

Couple Classes:  Training for a pair of two. Any pair; husband-wife, girlfriend-boyfriend, siblings, friends are provided with active pair exercises by the Instructor.

Group Classes: Training provided for a group of five members where each member is provided with necessary exercise and attention. As the group consists of five members the circuit class (whole body exercise) is provided accordingly.

Equipments Provided

Modern and specialized equipments are brought for the proper and efficient training. Mat is used as the base to perform the basic Pilates exercise. Besides this the instruments that are used are-
